Understanding the scorecard

What is the Culture Health Scorecard?

The Maxwell Leadership Culture Health Scorecard provides a behavior-based view of how people experience their organization’s culture. It helps leaders identify strengths, areas that need attention, and priorities for discussion across ten culture attributes.

Why ask for team feedback?

People may experience the same workplace differently. Team feedback helps you compare those experiences with leadership’s assumptions and identify patterns worth exploring. The scorecard is a starting point for a thoughtful conversation, not a substitute for one.

What happens during the debrief?

David facilitates a discussion of the scores, patterns, and team perspectives. Together, you explore where perceptions align or differ and agree on priorities and practical next steps.

How do the findings become an action plan?

Use the debrief to identify the changes that matter most, agree on who owns each next step, and decide how to follow progress. Scope, timing, and follow-up support are discussed before you proceed.

Who participates, and how is feedback handled?

Participation, reporting, access to responses, and privacy expectations should be clarified with David before the assessment begins. Do not assume responses are anonymous or confidential without confirming the arrangements for your engagement.

Are the sample scores on the website client results?

No. The supplied sample report images illustrate the report format. They are not results for David Hill, Path to Mastery, or an identified client.

Training-fund eligibility

Is this an approved Workforce Training Fund course?

Yes. Culture Health & Leadership Scorecard is approved for funding eligibility under Massachusetts’ Workforce Training Fund Express Program, Course ID C-16654. View the official course listing ↗.

Does course approval guarantee funding?

No. Course approval establishes funding eligibility; each employer must qualify, apply and receive approval. Reimbursement is subject to program rules and available funding. Course approval is not a Commonwealth Corporation endorsement of course quality.

Who may be eligible?

Eligible Massachusetts employers may apply. Employer eligibility, employee eligibility, reimbursement limits, documentation, and other requirements are set by the program. Review the current official guidelines ↗ before applying.

When should we apply?

Apply at least 21 days before training begins. Do not begin training before your Express Service Agreement start date. Confirm the course details, schedule, and applicable requirements before making plans.

How do we get started?

Begin with a conversation about your team’s needs and the proposed training. If you intend to seek funding, review the current Express Program guidelines, confirm eligibility, and submit the employer application using Course ID C-16654. Employer approval is a separate step from the course listing.
